It’s Official! The Dutch Flyers are registered to attend Europe’s most coveted junior hockey tournament “True Riga Hockey Cup” in April 2023 in Latvia. 

TRUE RIGA HOCKEY CUP is the largest youth hockey tournament of its kind in Europe providing positive hockey emotions for youth players from all over the world in attendance longs already more than 15 years. The tournament is being held in Riga that is a capital city of Latvia and a central heart of the Baltic states.

For many years competitive teams from all over Europe have taken part in the Novotel Leuven youth tournaments including Finland, France, Germany, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and United Kingdom. Although this was our first tournament as team for the Dutch Flyers, everyone on the roster embraced the opportunity and gave it everything they had. We came out winning the tournament with a total of 49 goals scored — an incredible team building experience and opportunity to test our true skills as a newly formed team! Congrats to all our Flyers and keep up the good work!
